February 2020 *Special Election* Chapter Business Meeting

Special Elections will be held for Chapter President, Vice President, and Associate Membership Chair. All Chapter members who are current and financial with both NOBLE National and the Washington Metropolitan Chapter will be able to vote. Pay your National and Chapter dues online through links at our Membership page!

Voting shall be by secret ballot by members in good financial standing. Additional nominations of eligible members may be made from the floor at the time of the election by voting WMC members present at the meeting. The names of all eligible WMC members nominated for each office, either by the Nominations Committee, or from the floor, shall be submitted to voting members at the meeting. Ballots shall be cast until there is a majority of the members present and voting favoring the election of a candidate for each vacant office is accomplished. Voting shall be based on the presence of a quorum on the day of balloting.
