Plummer Elementary School Fun Day

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

This is a reminder that our adopted school, Plummer Elementary, is having its annual end of the year celebration, i.e. “Fun Day,” this coming Tuesday, June 13, 2017, from 9:30 am until about 3:00 pm. Plummer Elementary is located at 4601 Texas Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20019.

Fun Day is an annual day of enjoyment during which we help the Plummer family celebrate the summer recess by grilling and serving hot dogs, hamburgers, and the like while helping chaperone the day’s activities. Volunteers are needed to make the day a success so members who are available or who have not assisted in the past are encouraged to come out and help.

If you are able to assist, please notify President Dixon or Troy Reyes so that we can include you in the list of expected volunteers. If you cannot come out early, please come when able as there will be plenty to do throughout the day.
