2023 Annual Crab Feast Scholarship Fundraiser

Members wishing to purchase tickets should contact a member of the Crab Feast committee as soon as possible.

Tickets for our 36th Annual Washington Metro Chapter (WMC) Crab Feast will go on sale on Thursday, May 11, 2023, before our chapter meeting. Ticket prices will remain at the cost of $75.00 per person. The crab feast committee anticipates hosting six hundred (600) guests for this event. All proceeds will benefit the chapter’s education fund. The event will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 1 pm to 5 pm at Sarto Hall, 3611 Stewart Road, Forestville, MD 20747. The doors will open at 12:30 pm.

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, from 4:30pm- 6:00pm the committee will be on site to distribute tickets at the U.S. Park Police Anacostia Station (Auditorium) located at 1901 Anacostia Drive, S.E. Washington DC. In our efforts to ensure as many members as possible can receive tickets, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Each member must be in good financial standing with NOBLE National and the WMC and may request one table (10 tickets/$ 750.00) and must pay for the tickets at the time of distribution on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Members may purchase additional tables once all members present at the meeting have been given the opportunity to purchase a table. Members may pick up tickets for another member only if prior arrangements are made with the Committee Chairperson, Estella Thomas, prior to the monthly business meeting.

Members should only take the number of tickets they will sell or be responsible for.

The Crab Feast committee will accept only cash, checks, or money orders, which will be due at the time of ticket distribution.

No Containers Are Allowed! Members will be responsible for ensuring that their guest(s) adhere to all rules imposed by NOBLE WMC and our vendor Chesapeake Seafood Company.

To expedite entry into the event, please ensure that your guest(s) have their ticket(s) prior to checking in. If guest(s) arrive without a ticket and before their table sponsor, they will not be permitted to enter the dining area until their sponsor arrives with their ticket.

For those who elect not to participate in this year’s crab feast, please consider donating to the Scholarship/Education Fund, as this event may be our only fundraiser this year. You may mail your tax-deductible donation to NOBLE Washington Metro Chapter or donate online.
